Featured Product
- Tensioneer - Belt Take Up Tension Measuring Tool
-
Remove guesswork from bucket elevator adjustment with the Tensioneer - a take-up tension measuring tool (for stationary bucket elevator leg belts).
The Tensioneer was developed to ensure that elevator leg belts have the correct tension needed for optimal performance; thus eliminating belt slippage, bearing overload, belt stretching, splice pullout, belt failure and lag damage.
An UNDER-TENSIONED belt will slip on the head pulley, reducing the friction, and possibly shortening belt and lagging life. An OVER-TENSIONED belt, on the other hand, puts additional stress on the leg and boot shafts - and can lead to bearing and splice failure.
Ensure the longevity of your elevator leg and it’s components, reduce cost and eliminate downtime - give us a call and order a Tensioneer today. - Stock No.: Tensioneer

What's New
New Product Release: Tuff Tube, Urethane Spout Liner

- The Tuff Tube is a new concept to (urethane) spout lining. This revolutionary new urethane spout lining product greatly reduces the wear resistance to the spout. It comes in the most widely used spout sizes offered in the grain industry, and has significantly extended the life of the spouting. This liner is of a higher abrasion resistance material, which slips inside of round spouting. Due to the ability to rotate each section as wear points occur, the Tuff Tube extends the life of the spouting, as opposed to other available spout linings. It is constructed with abrasion resistant urethane; and most importantly, is manufactured in 10 ft and 20 ft sections - which can be inserted and removed or rotated inside of spouts. Installation is easy and quick; simply slide each section down through the top of the spout, which then connects to a flange connector. Each section interfaces to each flange section connected at each spout section.
